The Farm Experience Platform

Helping your farm hostfloral workshops

Hosting builds connection, deepens loyalty, expands revenue, and keeps your community coming back. We handle the how — and you welcome the guests.

Our belief

Your farm,
as a gathering
place.

We believe a farm is one of the last real gathering places left. It is where people remember where their food comes from, where neighbors turn into a community, and where a single afternoon on the land can mean more than anything bought online. Put the farm at the center, and the connection follows.

Farmers are among the most resilient and resourceful entrepreneurs we know — they carry the weight of land, legacy, and livelihood, and they have built something the world is hungry for. But they have been left to figure out the hard parts of hosting alone, without the tools, expertise, or relationships that every other industry takes for granted. Cultivene exists to change that: not with a template or a checklist, but with a platform that does the hard work of launching experiences, so your farm can open its gates, welcome people in, and earn in new ways — while you focus on what you do best.

The Experiences

Shaped around
your farm.

Every farm is different. We start with what you grow, what you have, and what feels authentic — then build experiences that feel like an honest invitation, not a performance.

The Process

From idea to invitation,
handled.

Five steps. We do the work. You make the decisions. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

01

Onboarding

We learn your farm, its assets, capacity, and the experiences that feel right for you. You tell us your story. We listen carefully.

02

Experience Planning

We generate marketing copy, designs, pricing strategy, and compliance research specific to your state and county.

03

Vendor Coordination

We research and reach out to local vendors, caterers, florists, musicians, instructors, collecting proposals for your review and approval.

04

Marketing & Booking

We create promotional materials, manage guest communications, and integrate with your ticketing platform of choice.

05

You Host. We Handle.

You run the experience. You approve every contract and decision. We handle everything else, before, during, and after.

Local by design

We don’t do broad.
We do your
backyard.

The families who fill your tables aren’t found through a national ad campaign. They’re in the local mom groups, the neighborhood newsletters, the church and school networks, the “things to do this weekend” pages that only locals read. Filling seats at a farm dinner an hour outside town is a completely different craft than selling to everyone, everywhere — and it’s the craft we’re built for.

We start by learning your farm and your community — who’s nearby, what they already turn out for, and where they actually spend their attention. Then we take it to those specific corners: the grassroots channels and small communities most likely to show up, not a generic blast of Facebook ads and Google keywords. It’s the difference between hoping the right people see it and knowing where to find them.

Know your community

We map who's near you and what they already show up for — then market to those exact circles, not a national audience that will never drive to your farm.

Grassroots channels

Local mom groups, neighborhood pages, school and church networks, community calendars. The places real invitations spread — not just paid ads.

Specific, actionable strategy

Insights tailored to your county and your crowd, so every event has a plan for filling seats with people who live close enough to become regulars.

Pricing

We only get paid
when you do.

Our fee is simple: 2% of every ticket you sell. No subscription, no setup cost, no monthly bill. If an event doesn’t sell, you don’t owe us a thing.

We built it this way on purpose. We’re betting on ourselves to fill your seats — so our success is tied directly to yours. It isn’t an extra fee stacked onto your farm; it’s a partner who only earns when you do. Your risk is our risk. We’re taking on a small group of pilot farms right now, and we’re genuinely excited to prove what we can do for you.

What it costs

2% of tickets sold

That’s it. No subscription, no setup fee, no monthly minimum — you only pay when a seat sells.

Every farm. A place worth gathering.

You dream it.
We make it real.

The long-table dinner, the harvest morning, the night the whole town shows up. You imagine the welcome. We handle everything it takes to make it happen, from the planning to the permits to the details no one notices until they’re missing, all at a standard that used to require a team of specialists and a six-figure budget.

Stay in the loop

Follow along as we grow.

We’re just getting started. Leave your email and we’ll share updates, new experiences, and what we’re learning from farms along the way. No spam, just the occasional note.
